These terms govern use of the IntelliFRS website, mobile application, and app-based attendance services.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using IntelliFRS, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the website, mobile app, or related services.
2. Services
IntelliFRS provides app-based face recognition attendance and related workflow tools for institutions including schools, colleges, universities, hostels, and training centers.
3. Authorized Use
The platform may only be used for legitimate attendance, reporting, support, and administrative purposes by authorized institutions and approved users.
4. Accounts and Access
Users and institutions are responsible for managing login credentials, access permissions, and device-level security used with IntelliFRS.
5. Data Responsibility
Institutions are responsible for ensuring they have the required authority, notices, and permissions to upload or process data through IntelliFRS.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, upload harmful content, or use IntelliFRS in violation of applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property
The IntelliFRS website, software, branding, product materials, and related content remain the property of IntelliFRS or its licensors unless expressly stated otherwise.
8. Availability
We work to keep the service reliable, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed at all times due to maintenance, upgrades, or third-party dependencies.
9. Third-Party Services
IntelliFRS may rely on third-party hosting, messaging, analytics, infrastructure, or platform providers. We are not responsible for outages or policy changes introduced by those services.
10. Disclaimer
The service is provided on an 'as available' basis. While we aim for accuracy and reliability, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
11. Limitation of Liability
